  Not a good experience at all. I go there from time to time because of their location to my house. Today i went in and bought some things and needed a cup. The lady rang up my things and I noticed she charged me 50 cents for a stirophome cup. I asked her about this and she said management said they needed to charge .50 cents for a 3 cent cup which made me upset. I told her then to forget the cup and she said sorry no refunds. I could not believe i was in America. The lady was nice but had to go into her own purse to refund my money which is horrible. The management must be horrible there. They are always 20 to 35 cents more per gallon than anyone in Northern Kentucky. Everyone in Ft. Thomas Ky knows never to go there for gas. I will never go back due to the management that runs that BP.

  Oh hell no is all i can say. Not only are they just so much more in gas and cigarettes but the service there deserves NO stars. Anyone who had a good experience there, I'd like to know who waited on you. I try not to go in but have had to 3 times bc of the location of my work and convenience but I hate myself everytime I do go bc of the employees. Not only have i had an issue but 2 other co-workers have had issues where i work and I took a friend there one time who came out crying because they were so rude. Today the lady was on the phone the whole time i was in the store and sounded like she was arguing with someone. Not for the workplace, chick. Today WILL be the last time I go there I've made that promise to myself. This place... Horrid.
